Welcome to the AAHP Virtual Journal Club page. This is where we host our monthly virtual journal clubs that have been prepared by residents here in Arkansas and then peer reviewed by preceptors or other pharmacists all over the state. The residents have broken down new articles into quick reads for our pharmacists to help you stay up to date on new studies. These articles will be broken down, much like you would see during a live journal club. A run down of the study background, population, intervention, and key takeaways are all highlighted in an easy to read format along with both the study author's conclusion as well as the reviewer's interpretation of how this trial impacts current practice. We plan on hosting a new trial every month.
